Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a contract under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service, or use it to transmit malware or unsolicited messages.
• You will not use the Service to issue fraudulent invoices or evade tax obligations under Indian law.
• You retain ownership of all data you upload. We retain ownership of the Service software, branding and aggregate analytics.

• Free trials and Free plans are subject to feature and usage limits described in the in-app Plans page.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in INR. Applicable GST is added.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice for existing subscribers.
• On non-payment we may suspend access. Data is retained read-only for 90 days before deletion.

The Service helps you compute and present GST, generate GSTR-1 JSON exports, and maintain books. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for filing returns with the appropriate Indian tax authorities. We do not provide tax advice.

We aim for 99.5% uptime measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance. The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis; while we work hard to make it reliable, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You may cancel anytime from Settings → Plans. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonable. On termination you can export your data within 90 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
