Privacy Policy

• Account data: name, email, phone, business name and address you provide on sign-up.
• Business data: parties (customers / vendors), items, invoices, payments, ledgers and other records you create in the Service.
• Usage data: log entries, IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and actions taken — used for security, abuse prevention and product improvement.
• Cookies / local storage: we use browser local storage to remember your session, theme preference and last-used business. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

• To operate the Service: render your invoices, store your data, sync devices.
• To send service messages: receipts, OTPs, security alerts, billing notices.
• To provide support when you reach out by email or WhatsApp.
• To improve and secure the Service (debugging, fraud prevention, analytics).
• To comply with applicable Indian law (GST, Income Tax, IT Act).

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: (a) processors who run our infrastructure (hosting, email, WhatsApp delivery, payment processing) under confidentiality and data-protection terms; (b) law enforcement when required by a valid Indian legal request; (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger, sale or restructuring, with notice to you.

Your data is stored on servers located in India and replicated for backup. Encrypted backups are retained for 90 days. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.

• Access, correct or export your data from Settings → Account.
• Delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete (90-day grace period).
• Opt out of non-essential email by clicking unsubscribe in any such email.
• Disable browser local storage (will sign you out and reset preferences).

All connections use HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Databases are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to a small set of named engineers and audited. See the Security page for details.

The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
